Color Room: Daily Study shows one painting a day with a color breakdown. This page covers the only personal information the app asks for, and exactly what happens to it.

1. What we collect
Before your first daily painting, the app asks for three things, once. Nothing else in the app collects or sends information about you.
Email: So we can reach you about the app, and email you about updates from Soft Toast Films if you agreed when you signed up.
Profession: Picked from a short list: cinematographer, director, colorist, or other.
Country: Picked from a standard country list.
2. What we don't collect
The app has no analytics tools, no ad network, and no device fingerprinting. We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, or browsing history.
3. How it's used and stored
Your email, profession, and country are sent over an encrypted connection to Supabase, a hosted database provider, where they're stored in a single signups table. We use that table to know who's using the app and, because you agreed when you signed up, to email you about updates from Soft Toast Films, such as new videos and app news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your email address may also be stored in ClickFunnels, the system Soft Toast Films uses to send those emails. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. It is shared only with that service provider so it can do this work for us.
The daily reminder notification is scheduled entirely on your device once you've signed up. It doesn't require or send any personal data to work.
4. Children's privacy
Color Room: Daily Study is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
5. Your choices
Email us at any time to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll remove it from our signups table and from ClickFunnels and won't contact you again. You can also unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
6. Changes to this policy
If how we handle your information changes, we'll update this page and move the effective date above.
